Flat postage and packing fee of 1.99 € applies up to 10kg (33x39x42) uisng Itella Smartpost.

Flat postage and packing fee of 2.99 € applies up to 10kg (33x39x60) uisng Ominiva and LP express. 

Postage to Latvia .

Flat postage and packing fee starts from 4.99 € up to 10kg (33x39x42)

Parcels sent using Smartpost trackable services to postal boxes.

Postage to Estonia.

Flat postage and packing starts from 4.99 € up to 10kg (33x39x42)

Parcels sent using Smartpost or Omniva trackable services to postal boxes.

Postage to Finland.

Flat postage and packing fee of 8.99 € to Finland applies up to 10kg (33x39x42)

Postage to Poland.

Flat postage and packing fee of 9.99 € to Poland applies up to 5kg (33x39x42)

PACKAGING- We are trying to reuse packaging material as often as possible. Please be aware that boxes in most cases will be reused or have other branding etc. 

RETURN POLICY

 

Should you wish to return or exchange an item, we will gladly issue you a full refund. Postage and Packaging costs are not refundable and buyer will have to pay postage for sending the item back to us.  Item must be undamaged, completely unopened and unused in the original wrapping exactly as received. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving the item if you wish to return it info@manohobis.com

Customer has the right to cancel  or amend any order before it has been dispatched. 

DELAYED AND LOST ITEMS

If item is lost or delayed please contact us so we can investigate it with courier services. If item is lost will send a replacement. 

DAMAGED AND FAULTY GOODS

If you have received a faulty or damaged item you must inform us within 5 days of receiving the order. We will then offer a suitable resolution at no cost to yourself. We do reserve the right to refuse complaints, or levy suitable charges for issues raised after this period.
